Thank you for using TorchKit (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

This application may collect the following information under the following circumstances:
1.1.1 Device Information
- Device model, operating system version
- Device unique identifiers (such as Android ID, Google Advertising ID)
- Application version information

- Application feature usage
- Application launch count and usage duration
- Feature access records
1.1.3 Attribution Analysis Information (via Adjust SDK)
To optimize application promotion effectiveness and conduct marketing analysis, we have integrated the Adjust SDK (version 4.38.0). This SDK may collect the following information:
- Adjust Advertising ID (ADID): Used to track application installation sources and advertising effectiveness
- Google Advertising ID (GPS ADID): Used for advertising attribution analysis
- Android ID (MD5 Hash): Device unique identifier, hashed with MD5 to protect privacy
- Network Information: Advertising network source information (such as network name)
- Installation Source Information: Application installation channels and sources
- Device Information: Basic information such as device model, operating system version
- Event Data: In-app events (such as application launches, feature usage, etc.)
Note:
- Adjust SDK's data collection and processing comply with Adjust's Privacy Policy. You can visit Adjust Privacy Policy for more information.
- Android ID is immediately hashed with MD5 after collection. We do not store or transmit the original Android ID.
1.2 Information We Do Not Collect
- Your name, phone number, email address, or other personally identifiable information
- Your location information (unless you explicitly authorize it)
- Your contacts, text messages, call logs, or other sensitive information
- Your photos, videos, files, or other personal file content
2. Purpose of Information Use
The information we collect is only used for the following purposes:
2.1 Providing and Improving Services
- Ensure the application functions normally
- Optimize application performance and user experience
- Fix errors and issues
2.2 Marketing Analysis and Attribution
- Analyze application promotion effectiveness
- Track advertising campaign effectiveness
- Optimize marketing strategies (via Adjust SDK)
2.3 Activity Announcement Display
- Display activity announcement content through WebView
- Activity announcement URLs may contain attribution parameters (such as ADID, GPS ADID, network information, etc.) for backend event reporting and effectiveness analysis
- Activity announcement content is cached locally so you can view recent activity information even when the network is unavailable
- Activity announcements are obtained through an API interface (
https://uapi.guangzhoushimeimei.shop/functions/v1/getNotifications). We only send device identifiers to obtain activity information

3.1.1 Adjust GmbH
- Service Content: Attribution analysis and marketing analysis
- Shared Information: Device identifiers, advertising IDs, event data, network information

3.1.2 Google Play Services
- Service Content: Application distribution, Google Advertising ID acquisition
- Shared Information: Device information, application usage

We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
- To comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or government requirements
- To protect our rights, property, or safety

4. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information security:
- Use encryption technology to transmit data
- Restrict access to data
- Regularly review and update security measures
- Sensitive identifiers such as Android ID are hashed before use

5.1 Access and Correction

5.2 Deletion
You can request us to delete your personal information. Please note that deleting certain information may affect application functionality.
5.3 Opt-Out
You can opt out of certain data collection through the following methods:
5.3.1 Reset Google Advertising ID
- On Android devices, go to "Settings" > "Google" > "Ads" > "Reset advertising ID"
- After resetting, the new advertising ID will be used for subsequent data collection
5.3.2 Adjust Adjust Data Collection
- Adjust SDK respects the device's advertising ID reset settings
- You can limit ad tracking through device settings

6. Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

Your information may be transferred to and processed and stored in locations outside your country/region. We ensure that appropriate security measures are taken to protect your information.
8. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you in the application or through other means. Continued use of this application indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
9. Activity Announcement WebView
9.1 Activity Announcement Feature Description
- When the application launches or returns to the foreground, we may display activity announcement content through WebView
- Activity announcement URLs may contain attribution parameters (ADID, GPS ADID, network information, marketid, app_key, etc.) for backend event reporting and marketing effectiveness analysis
- WebView is only used for content display and does not collect additional personal information (such as browsing history, form data, etc.)
- Activity announcement content is cached locally (stored in MHT format in the application cache directory) so you can view recent activity information even when the network is unavailable
- External links in activity announcements (such as
window.open) will open in the system browser, not within the app
- Activity announcement pages do not support manual exit by users (back button is disabled) to ensure users can fully view the activity content
9.2 Data Usage
- Attribution parameters in activity announcement URLs are only used for marketing effectiveness analysis and event reporting
- We do not collect your browsing history or other sensitive information through WebView
- WebView cache is only used for offline access and is not uploaded to the server
10. Consent
By using this application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please stop using this application.
